Social Prescribing has taken its place as a therapeutic wellbeing and wellness approach in the provision of non-medicalised care. It has much to offer. However, as part of an integrated health and wellbeing offer, much remains to be done to define an outcomes framework, measure and evaluating impacts and determine how services are procured and paid for
This webinar will consider these issues and bring insight from a panel of subject matter experts; individuals who have worked within the field of social prescribing at an academic, strategic and operational level.
It will also demonstrate a new wellbeing platform that can be an instrumental factor for people and organisations alike who are interested in operationalising social prescribing and wellbeing management, as part of a partnership approach in integrated health and care systems, as part of a corporate social responsibility agenda or as part of an organisational colleague benefit programme.
